Look up Tenex procedure it’s noninvasive it has helped many patients with adhesions / scar tissue my patient after 9 years of trying different physicians and PT to relieve her ankle and plantar fascia pain was finally helped by the Tenex procedure do some research
I have severe pain across the top of my foot in front of my ankle. What type of a doctor/therapist would I go to see about this? I’m in the Seattle area if you know anyone out there.
I use to scream from Pain when my bf tried to massage my right leg … I assumed it was because he was too rough and maybe I just didn’t like massages… turns out , I have a bunch of thick , hill sized adhesions all down that muscle on my right leg where is where I happen to shift a lot of my weight while standing… three days into using lotion and my fingers to release the pressure and my leg has lost so many inches and the pain is almost all gone . Who know how many years of wear and tear that was from
It doesn’t hurt but mine feels sore and overstretched. Whenever I try to jump rope, it feels like one of my foot is tensing up. I got this by sitting squat while my heel is up and only touching the ground with my forefoot. I’m quite heavy weighing 110kg, so I guess I kinda pinched mine? Does it go away eventually? What can I do to help it mend?
I have been a postman for 9 weeks. Walking 12 miles a day, 6 days a week. The past 2 days I have had increasing, tremendous pain in the front/top of my ankle as seen in this video. What can I do? I can’t afford to take time off
🤢 I can feel it and hear it. I have posterior tibial tendinitis (and I believe impingement to front ankle, along with other issues). The PT did that scraping to my arch and yes, it’s gritty and so “gross”. Also very painful to massage.
Hey great short vid – I cannt do muhc dorsiflecion, there is inflamation of front of ankle/lateral side mainly tho – it has gave away a few times and now with increasing pain and not much movementy across the baord. Can i do excersies with this or will this make it worse?
hey doc! i’ve been experiencing this sharp pain for about a week and a half now and it’s when i go into dorsiflexion. i’m able to run with little pain but can’t jump off my left ankle, however when i lunge with my left foot forward the anterolateral side of my ankle hurts. would this be an anterior ankle impingement? if so what may i do to recover from it and how long would it take? thank you doc!
Hi, I ran a half marathon. I had some time off. Since whenever I run about 3/4 minutes in the exact part you are pointing to in this video stiffens up to the point I lose all flexibility in my foot and can’t lift my foot up. It completely seizes up so I can’t run. I would love some help here!!! Thank you
Hey I sprained my ankle around 1.5 years ago and since then my perennial nerve has been super sensitive, and felt tight/painful. Will nerve scraping help since it's been so long, and how many times a day/week do you recommend this for and how long? I am thinking about getting your GritBar. Thanks, Ethan
Hey doc. about a month ago i had a sprained ankle, 2 weeks on a walker boot. After that ive been doing some light rehabilitation by miself. Ive noticed that i have that extensor retinaculum kinda inflammed. It doesnt hurt really, only a bit when i extend the foot as u show in the video. The problem i have is that it limits my dorsal movement a bit (like tip toeing) cause it feels kinda tight. What should i do? What u show in the video? How can i reduce the inflammation and go back to normal? Thanks!
I hurt my foot in July and it’s early November and I’m still in so much pain, I get PT 3 days a week and I don’t run. When does it go away :/ It only hurts when I hop on the ball of my foot not when I flex my foot sitting or laying
How can we do this on ourselves?
Wow. Thank you. It helped. I thought my pain was from a stiff old injured achilles tendon.

Hmmm i recently have developed a severe pain on top of the midfoot, maybe slightly past midfoot toward the toes, whenever i extend my foot like that.

I'm looking to buy the grit bar to work on my husband's ankle. Does your course have training on feet/ankles?
…well dang!!! Thank you!
You can also use body lotion on your skin and use a butter knife with buffered edges.

I feel a burning pain in the front part of my right ankle/lower shin when I run. Could this be related to the same issue?
