  1. Breakfast soup, maybe? I've never had soup for breakfast before, but just saying it out loud makes it sound interesting and worth a try.

  4. I have made mine with pearl barley and couscous instead. I also drizzled some sesame oil rather than olive oil, in the end, to tie it more in the end. Delicious!

  5. I can't. Microwave. Fried egg. I will have to then eat. Cold fried egg. And therefore cold food. (I guess boil the egg to make it more lunchbox friendly???)

  7. Would it make a big difference if I use normal potato instead of a sweet potato? Sweet potato is not very popular and very hard to find around here where I live.

  8. Hi, Daniel and Kelly with fitness blender! I have a question about Supplements but I don't know where to go to ask you. Whats the jazz with BCAAs? are they legit? I don't use supplements because I am a well-rounded foodie! 🙂 But I've been told by several nutritionists and body builders that Aminos in these BCAAs, you can't get from food as they are to be taken pre or mid workout to take energy from fat instead of muscle. Do you mind putting your two cents in about them? Thanks!

  9. how is it that you manage to make videos so to the point, informative, elegant and entertaining at the same time? Seriously, you have developed some master level video production skills. I have been learning to cook using internet for a long time, and a lot of video recipes were helpful, but at the same time I had to learn a bit of video editing skills just so that I can cut away the unnecessary intro/jokes/meaningless conversations, and for some videos I had to make some footnotes to add details they forgot to mention but actually essential when you get your hands on the food. I seldom came through a video like this, i.e I don't need take away or add anything, clear and swift in every step, you walk away understanding exactly what you need to do and felt entertained the whole time!

  12. This looks so healthy that I think upon eating this exact recipe I will need to follow up with a gigantic piece of cheesecake or pie al la mode. I feel healthy just looking at at it…
