Requirements: adults only, spa, warm weather, healthy eating, and sunsets over the ocean. <strong>Hacienda del Sol Wellness Resort <\/strong>in <strong>Costa RIca<\/strong> checks all the boxes. <\/p>\n<p><strong>GOOD TO KNOW:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>The resort is situated in the lush jungle, privacy ensured, only 12 deluxe casitas. Additionally, the pool, hot tub, &amp; cold plunge use no chlorine. Plant-based meals are included with your stay. Don\u2019t worry non-vegans, you can add sides of chicken, fish, or lamb, everything is nutritious and delicious. The cooks are happy to make you a special smoothie any time of the day. No rowdy parties here, all you have to do is relax!<\/p>\n<p>Feeling like getting out of your pool chair? Sign up for optional activities, including easy jungle hikes, yoga &amp; fitness classes. Also, remember to hop on the free shuttle for nightly trips to one of five beaches. Sunsets are included, and you could see a turtle laying eggs in the sand. Of the many add-ons, there\u2019s massages, juice cleanses, body scrubs, and fascia blasting. Many custom packages are available to work with a health coach. Your go-to is natural fibers, linen or cotton flowing dresses and flip-flops. Don\u2019t forget sunglasses, straw hat, beach bag, a couple swimsuits, yoga &amp; fitness clothes, and sleepwear. Pack sleeveless shirts, closed-toe sneakers, and shorts. Beach towels provided.<\/p>\n<p>The gift shop carries sunscreen, loungewear, notebooks, local crafts, jewelry, beauty products, and insect repellent. Leave the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel at home, as sustainable, environmentally friendly products are provided in each room. There\u2019s a shelf of free books for poolside reading or lounging in your very own hammock. You can bring your laptop if you work remotely, but otherwise, you\u2019ll never use it. But there\u2019s more, geckos hang out on the dining room wall, and bird-watchers will love the jungle walks. This diva had her very own in-house butterfly. For the best experience, plan on booking a week or longer. Also, keep in mind you probably want to avoid rainy season. Feel free to ignore every activity if you want. No pressure, no televisions, and no need to stare at your phone. A few women had stressful jobs, or escaped the Canadian winter. Plenty of non-stop flights, including <strong>Toronto<\/strong> and <strong>Los Angeles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Best to fly into <strong>Liberia Guanacaste Airport (LIR)<\/strong> and take the two-hour <strong>Black Car Service<\/strong> ride to paradise.
