As mergers and acquisitions reshaped the marketplace, Greg\u2019s relationship with ProAg began during a period of consolidation in the crop insurance industry.<\/p>\n

Over the years, one thing has remained constant: a customer-first mindset. \u201cWe share the same values,\u201d Greg said. \u201cEducating our clients, prioritizing customer service and helping farm families get back on their feet when storms and claims occur.\u201d That shared mindset has strengthened a partnership that continues to grow today.<\/p>\n

For Greg, ProAg stands apart because of its commitment to communication and relationships. \u201cProAg takes the extra step in keeping us informed when farm clients have claims,\u201d he said. \u201cTheir leadership has been consistent, and the approach to claims has been fair and consistent over the years.\u201d<\/p>\n

Throughout the years, Greg says ProAg has consistently made agents feel like true partners. \u201cFrom the CEO and management team to claims, marketing, and sales, we\u2019ve always had a seat at the table,\u201d he said. \u201cSuccess comes when all parties sit down together and make plans to grow.\u201d<\/p>\n

When asked what has made the biggest difference over the years, Greg points to the people behind the organization. \u201cThere have been many folks along the way who have impacted our agency\u2019s success,\u201d he said. \u201cI especially appreciate Kendall Jones and her team for caring the way they do and being available when needed. I also want to recognize the adjusting team that responds when weather hits and helps keep clients informed.\u201d<\/p>\n

One story stands out above all others. It isn\u2019t a single claim or event, but a pattern that has repeated itself throughout his career. \u201cWhen a farm operator calls at 5:00 in the morning because they\u2019re worried, stressed and unsure what comes next, you realize the importance of having a dependable AIP behind you,\u201d Greg said. \u201cI\u2019ve texted adjusters at 5:00 a.m. and called supervisors late at night, and they respond because they care.\u201d<\/p>\n

For Greg, that dependability can be summed up in one word: consistency. \u201cOur farm clients need dependability and consistency,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

As ProAg celebrates its 100th anniversary, partnerships like the one with Greg Sandrock and The Cornerstone Agency reflect the values that have guided the company for a century: trust, service, communication and a commitment to helping farmers, ranchers and agents succeed.<\/p>\n
