  1. Take it to The Limit, Sung perfectly by Randy Meisner will always be my favorite. His vocals can't be beat by anyone else in the band. The story behind the song he wrote (with some help from the band members) is just great. The band was never the same after he left the group. His voice was absolutely incredible. I will always love love love this band.

  2. The first time I saw the Eagles they were the back up band for Linda Ronstadt! OMG that was a long time ago! Still one of my all-time favorite bands! Saw them several times and then was lucky enough to see them in the comeback tour which was absolutely amazing! So talented everyone of them! Harmonies can’t be beat! One of my favorites is Ol’ 55,

  3. I always liked the Eagles, but didn't get into their music till I became a Ham radio operator and saw Joe Walsh was also connected to Santa Cruz island, CA. Now I'm a big fan! WB6ACU de K6PH!

  4. My daughter said everybody wanting to know how she still knew all the words to so many great groups and rock groups. She said it's all daddy ever listened to and she said she loved all the songs I listened to and would learn all the words to songs because they were all so good. That's my girl. She was riding with friends at 16 and it amazed them so they started learning too. Rap sucks.

  5. The Hotel California guitar riff is great and all, but this song is a forever classic because of the lyrics and vocals. The riff is icing on the cake. Henley could write lyrics to the sound of water dripping from a faucet and get a top 10 song.

  6. It’s hard to argue against this list. Then again, it would be hard to argue if this list had 10 completely different songs on it. The Eagles are one of the few bands that have never made a song I didn’t love.
