2 things 1) if theres 4 spoonfuls left why would you take two and leave your other kid none, as the parent you would give up yours and your wifes servings for the kids or just make sure everyone has one spoonful.
2) Adding a splash of water or milk to the jar and shaking it yeilds almost the same results and then you can spoon it out that way if your trying to portion control but this works too.
And yes I know its a dumb skit/joke but I felt like the first senario of "oh sorry theres no sauce left cause I took two spoonfuls while everyone else got 1" pisses me off cause thats how me and my brother were treated as kids and it sucked watching everyone else eat normal food while we were stuck with ramen "cause there's not enough food for you".
