  1. Beautifully effective against grapplers: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling, Karate, etc. There's a reason the ADCC National Champion in Owensboro was both terrified and shocked when he saw me use part of this for grappling purposes. "You had to have some Brazilian Jiu Jitsu." Nope. Tae-Kwon-Do. "No, you had to have had some Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to do that!" Nope, just military Tae-Kwon-Do ranks only. Not the fake-kwon-do you see in the Olympics. Now Owensboro Gracie Jiu Jitsu opened up a striking course just because I came in there and made their jaws drop, lol.

  2. this is not taekwondo … it is not the original tkd of the creator Gen. Choi … this is a horrible invention … a product of the USA … this is something else but it is not tkd … .horrible

  3. Great explanation but it would help a lot if there was someone holding the camera and rotating 360 degrees for every step. No idea what is done with the movement of the hands and feet once the back is turned.

  4. Great stuff, I find your videos very helpful and very clear to understand.
Be great to see you do the pattern at the end of your videos. Keep posting Sir.

Some comments on here need to learn "COURTESY" As the other guy said, lets see your Joong Gun pattern on here, and let us judge you.

  5. Although some techniques are not performed correctly, this was well performed. For the techniques, there are official ITF videos where you can find the correct techniques. But don't worry about Sine-Wave.

  6. None of this is correct. You done every move with multiple mistakes. As an ITF student where these patterns come for my advice would be to stop teaching and re learn for a real ITF dojang
