Probably the WORST shake you can make with Real Food/Carbs lol He grits every time he gets the oats in his mouth, why go that far with the oats? You have Real Carbs! The best way to do a Real Carbs shake is this … Water and Ice, usually a cup and a half and some more ice. 3 scoops of Real Food (60 grams), one banana, 6-8 egg whites. I'll go 10. 1 scoop of peanut butter powder or scoop of natural peanut butter, one scoop of yam powder or 1/3 can of unsweetened Yams…like from a can, works the same. Blended. It's the shit. Sometimes blueberry added in place of banana. It works with any Real Carbs formula, even the Rice version. Put in freezer for about 30 minutes. Best breakfast shake ever. Glad he still has some of the black label old formula of Full as F*CK. I wish they'd go back to the old containers. These new ones are weak looking and some look like there's no effort out into them
