My friends leave and tell they saved between 18k and 30k a year in taxes, insurance, registrations and utilities for all the same stuff they had in CA. My buddy just moved to Tennessee and his property tax went from 14k to 2k. He was paying 12k for fire insurance in Santa Clarita. My fireman buddy said there are 90 LA city ffs living in Tennessee who commute to work from there. I do feel sorry for Tennessee though. By the time I get to any of these places they will be completely ruined if not already.
