I'm just saying, I would also flinch like that, not because I'm mistreated, but because she looked like she was actually about to accidentally backhand him ๐
Lol dogs flinch instinctively just like we do. Thats why she had to put the dog the way she did to get it excited so her hand movements are all a part of her playing with him. If it was just sitting there and she made the smack motion the dog would most likely do a baby flinch at least
I mean my sister has a super anxious dog who has never been abused and he flinches at everything. I once saw him run away from a couch cushion the fell ๐
Bro got abuse by his grandfather grandmother both side, his dad , and his mom , and his brother, and his sister, his childhood friend , his school mate , his teacher , the janitor, the headmaster, his boss, his coworker, the client, his neighbor, the county sheriff, the radio anchor, the homeless at the parking lot, the squirrels, the postman , the carpenter from next town , the table leg, the wheelbarrow, the grass , and his wife .
I have a rescue who was hit with brooms, my dog I had from a puppy is used to play fights with brooms and sticks. The rescue took time but after 2 years I can play fight with him with a stick and he no longer hides. Just sweeping would make him hide. He learned not all people are mean, meaning not all brooms and sticks are scary when held by a human.
I flunch when my mom's hands move and she always says 'why do you do that I didnโt abuse you!' And then I come back with 'YOU HAD NO DEPTH PERCEPTION FOR 8 YEARS AND I HAD SHITTY REFLEXES!' she laughs everytime. Truly i wasn't abused but my reflexes meant when her hand swung out i got smacked๐๐
my dog is completely unphased, shes a big dog and used to play rough so shes been tackled, pushed, and picked up when she goes to… excitedly greet… guest, so i honestly expected she would flinch
This isnโt good at all , I sincerely hope that man found help
was the demonstration for the dog or bf /brother /husband idk..?๐คทโโ๏ธ๐คฃ
The guy was abused he is scared for life!๐๐๐
Blink twice if you need help, manโฆ
Bro stop mistreating your pet
This is just sad. Dude has PTSD from some kind of abusive relationship.
Thing is hitting isn't disciplinary, it just makes you afraid to do something. There's really nothing moral about it.

If it was the woman flinching… everybody would go batshit crazy in the comments and refuse to see it as a joke.
Why is there no abuse hotline for husband's? The pets and everything else seems to have one.

๐ฎ … Lady! From woman to woman: May the dog dont flinch cause he needs to protect your husband! ๐๐
flinching is instinct if youve been beaten enough you stop flinching ask any pro boxer
I dont know about the dog but dude look like he been hit ๐
A true best friend indeed , they both experience it ๐ญ
Not necessarily, some people use small light taps and a no to train the dog, also flinching is a natural reaction to sudden fast movements
I know how the ๐ขhusband feels when he flinches from his wife. Sometimes I flinch from my own husband.
Welfare chrck please

Bro having muscle memories
I hope its a skit lol.
But just keep in-mind if a dog is a rescue or not. We rescued 2 dogs 4 years ago and only 1 of them stopped flinching entirely.
"raise a haโ"
The dog: BALL??? Oh, no ballโฆ
"raiโ"
