Generally, the hacked airbag connectors means that airbag has gone off. A lot of time the charge can melt the connector. The power for those lights would be connected to the power in the wheel for the cruise and radio buttons in the wheel itself.
2:15 eh I don't know about "non oil fed, air cooled turbos -BUT, since they're rear mounted they probably have a good chance at surviving (fingers crossed)
Hey, like I said previously…..the pipes have no ridges to retain them from blowing off…..you could screw and safety wire…. from / to….. each pipe…..welding tabs is out cos you got them coated…..
I ruined a clock spring on a Volvo semi. When the wheel turned left full lock the horn blew. Lol. The S.A.S. on a Peterbuilt/Kenworth fleet truck sucks to replace.
Late to the comments, but I've always wondered how long an airbag system lasts. If untouched (unlike this camero) will the airbag last as long as the car?
Hey, Alex! I have a 2009 G8 with a procharger making about 650 rwhp. The trans and torque converter has 120k on it and is starting to slip a bit under heavy throttle. I did the whole build myself including cam, full engine teardown and rebuild, procharger install.
Would you recommend buying a new/rebuilt trans/converter or attempting to rebuild mine myself? It's the 6L80 trans.
That’s an oil heater. For DOD emissions. Oil temps have to reach a certain temp in a certain time. If you just delete that POS nothing will change other than takes longer to warm up.
This was my dream car. It was stolen, So Glad this Car is still so beautiful inside. I miss those Throwback Gagues. You did such a Great Job on the Rebuild!

Should have did a oil cooler delete. It’s garbage anyways and will free up a lot of room.
