On that intake at the throttle body. Air works both ways. Why don´t you just fabricate a "spoiler" of sorts that ends up at a hole going downwards just behind that drivers side headlight? Basic idea is to restrict hot air from the radiator right? Then.. just make it so it can´t reach it that easy, and if you pick cold air up at the bottom of the wheel well that´ll be higher pressure than what´s coming through the radiator most likely, pushing the hot air aside.

Unless I missed it the rear wheels are only held by the wheel nuts and not sitting on axle hub ,so wheel can twist and break studs
