🎶 “Livin’ on a Prairie Bungalow” 🎶
(To the tune of “Livin’ on a Prayer”)

[Verse 1]
Buyer’s got a dream, yeah, they’re ready to move
Scrollin’ through listings with nothing to prove
Then they find it—oh, it’s got that glow
Arbor Lodge life in a bungalow

Big bright foyer and the sunroom’s tight
Leaded-glass windows catchin’ morning light
Hardwood floors, they shine like new
Plant babies sayin’ “This one’s for you!”

[Pre-Chorus]
Whoa—kitchen’s got the flow
Open to the dining, with a backyard show
Whoa—updated head to toe
Peace of mind from roof to H₂O

[Chorus]
Ohhh, we’re halfway home
Livin’ on a prairie bungalow!
Take our hand, we’ll make it, I know—
Livin’ on a prairie bungalow!

[Verse 2]
Basement’s got space for work or play
Rec room, guest suite—it’s all in the layout, hey!
Fresh carpet’s down, there’s a bath and more
Private entrance, it’s got that door

Fenced-in yard with the easy-care green
Deck so chill it feels like a dream
System updates—check, check, check
Feels like home, what the heck

[Pre-Chorus]
Whoa—walk to New Seasons flow
Cafés and parks just down the road
Whoa—Arbor Lodge in tow
Where vintage charm meets modern glow

[Chorus]
Ohhh, we’re halfway home
Livin’ on a prairie bungalow!
Take our hand, we’ll make it, I know—
Livin’ on a prairie bungalow!

[Bridge / Breakdown]
Ooh, the fireplace burns
Dinner party turns
To Sunday slow with light that warms
Yeah, the bungalow’s callin’
And we’re all in…

[Final Chorus – Big Finish!]
Ohhh, we’re home sweet home
Livin’ on a prairie bungalow!
Keys in hand, we’re ready to go—
Livin’ on a prairie bungalow!

(Livin’ on a prairie… Livin’ on a prairie bungalow!)
🎤 [fade out with triumphant key change]
