I haven’t had dinner yet, but it will be a New York strip steak I decided to surprise myself with and some beer battered cod and a very small glass of white wine. I haven’t had the wine yet either, or I probably couldn’t HIC!

Hey, I have a question. I got one of those bags of wine in a box to keep for cooking things like garlic shrimp. Do those ever go bad? The wine, I mean. Not the shrimp.
