4. LAST BUT CERTAINLY NOT LEAST: DECEMBER 6th, 5pm – A TRIBUTE TO A FRIEND! How do you honor a man whose entire persona was truly larger than life? He was a tall tale for those who never met him, and a gentle giant to those who did. When we lost the Mighty Jose back in June, we were truly beside ourselves with the outpouring of love & support from you guys. We knew we had to find a way to honor his legacy, but we wanted to do it right. We took the summer to brainstorm ideas & we’re happy to announce that we’ll be hosting one final episode of LUNCH WITH JOSE – A NIGHT FOR A FRIEND. We’ll be selling Jose’s personal collection of comics + magazines, as well as stickers of the LWJ logo with all proceeds going to the Rivera Family. In addition, We’ll be going split screen with any of YOU who want to share a story or two about our dear friend– We’ll be starting at 5 PM, and going with no end time in sight.
