PRESS RELEASE / September 23, 2026 (Framingham, MA) – Jack’s Abby Celebrates 15th Anniversary And Brings More Munich To Framingham With Their Biggest Weekend Long Celebration, October 1 to 4. Jack’s Abby is bringing more Munich to Framingham with a weekend long celebration of Oktoberfest, starting on October 1.
Jack’s Abby lives for lager and they are celebrating Oktoberfest and what they do best: German food, German beer, live oompah music, stein hoisting, pretzel eating competitions and costume contests. This is Jack’s Abby’s biggest Oktoberfest celebration yet, with Clinton Street closed down for the occasion on Saturday and Sunday!
From Thursday’s beer dinner to Friday’s cask tapping and Saturday’s all-day street festival, Jack’s Abby will be festing all weekend long. Bring the whole crew on Sunday for family fun with bouncy houses and face painting, as well as dog friendly fun, live music and games. The Patriots Game will also be screened.

Modern Pils – 5.5% ABV – Jack’s Abby Beer Hall Exclusive – Modern Pils is a hop forward pilsner. This beer is inspired by founder Jack Hendler’s journey through lager breweries around the world and is a perfect example of the Jack’s Abby value of “Tradition with a Twist.” Their brewers develop interesting, complex, and flavorful beers by mixing traditional German lager brewing techniques such as decoction mashing and using Noble Hops with a newer brewing technique such as coolpooling. Modern Pils is like tasting two worlds colliding. It is also 100% naturally carbonated via spundering. The new wave pilsner finishes slightly sweet and hoppy. The beer is crisp, clean and refreshing and solid alternative for anyone looking to replace hoppier IPA’s.

Steffi Chaf – 5.0% ABV – Jack’s Abby Beer Hall Exclusive – A crisp, golden Landbier brewed to let its ingredients shine. Fest of Both Worlds Hoppy Pilsner – 5.5% ABV – This one is a new release is a limited edition collaboration uniting the iconic lager specialists of Jack’s Abby in Framingham, MA, with the deep-rooted heritage of Warsteiner, Germany. Fest of Both Worlds is a testament to translating tradition and craftsmanship into a new, modern, beer. Fest of Both Worlds Hoppy Pilsner is the second edition, following this year’s spring release of Fest of Both Worlds Maifest Lager. The beers are inspired by the Hendler brothers’ trips to Warstein and the incredible pilsners they experienced firsthand in Germany. Built on a classic pilsner base, Fest of Both Worlds Hoppy Pilsner adds an American twist through modern dry hopping techniques and new school hop varieties (Vera Hops, Citra Hops, Motueka Hops, and Blanc Hops), creating bold hop aromatics, crisp bitterness and a clean, refreshing finish. It is naturally carbonated.

OKTOBERFEST KICKOFF

Kick off the weekend with an evening of Oktoberfest celebration! Join us for the official festival kickoff, featuring the cask tapping at 6 PM, classic liter pours, and live music with Tuba Frau from 4–8 PM. Come raise a stein, grab some food, and settle in for the start of the best weekend of the season.

CLINTON STREET TAKEOVER
Saturday, October 3rd • 11AM – 9PM
For their biggest Oktoberfest celebration yet, Jack’s Abby is shutting down Clinton Street and turning it into one giant Oktoberfest party, complete with live street bands, a festive beer garden, German-inspired food, and classic Oktoberfest competitions. Test your strength at the Stein Hoist, race for glory in the Stein Race, show off your appetite in the Pretzel Eating Competition, or come dressed to impress for the Costume Contest (check back in later for more details on how to enter!).
With festivities running 11 AM–9 PM, plus a dedicated kids area and plenty of Jack’s Abby lagers flowing all day, there’s something for everyone. General Admission, VIP, and Patio VIP tickets are available now!
