This is a new author for me. I’ve seen a lot of good reviews of his work on TikTok so decided to give him a try. I decided to read Elantris first because of a good review I saw on TikTok and jumped at the chance when I saw it in a Kindle Book Sale on Amazon for 99p. I really enjoyed this book. The world building is spot-on. The author does a great job of portraying the city of Elantris, once considered the home of the Gods now fallen into decay and ruin. There are a lot of characters but each one is unique. This is a gripping read. I have another couple of his books to read and will likely start working my way through his extensive back catalogue. I’d recommend this.
