  4. One of the joints your isnt even the ankle joint, its the subtalar joint.

  6. My physiotherapist moved my foot very roughly and hard,to remove stiffness.he was doing so hard n I had severe pain.now even after 6 hrs, I still have pain.he was just stretching my foot manually n forecully ( at the fractures place) to remove stiffness.its my 10th week.i m unable to walk.
    Plz tell is it normal in
    physiotherapy?

  10. I'm having a hard time doing heel raise. It's like it's glued to the floor. It's been three months since i had partial tearing of several ligaments and the peronial brevis tendon. Also partial swelling is still there.

  14. I undergone minor fibula fracture and it's 5th week now , they removed plaster even told to walk but I'm unable to walk there is swelling in my feet …..how many days I should practice this exercise

  18. Can i do these exercise with little swelling in ankle?
    It’s been 3 weeks of sprain and swelling has reduced about 80%. I’m able to walk.
