  5. AB, My Guy. Just made this. The family tore into it as if they hadn't eaten in weeks. Made butter biscuits with it and a little rice. I just didn't have the creole kicking seasoning, I just used a noname generic creole seasoning, still came out fire.

  18. AB this is Cedric. I live near Baton Rouge. Man, I was hungy today and I didn't know what to cook. I stroll threw your recipes again and I found the Chicken Stew. Poppa use to cook that when we went to Mississippi. That stew I made was delicious. Keep up the good work my brother and God Bless.

  25. I just made this with Tony chacheres creole and it's too spicy ;/ 2 tablespoons like the site says. Hopefully milk will bring it down

  29. Mommas making a pan of butter like cornbread. In north Alabama, and it snowed which means our town is shut down today!! While every fool in town was buying up milk and bread, I went with a Boston butt, a fine prime rib and some chicken. Going to make some brioche and cinnamon rolls so let it snow, let it snow!!

  34. Your ingredients on your website for this recipe is not correct! It says one large bell pepper but you clearly have a red, yellow and green pepper that you used. That was a huge miss on your behalf, it is very important for us that like to follow the instructions exactly. Because of this error I did not have all the right ingredients to make this recipe. Thanks AB
