Hello, I got married in 2004 in St. Charles MO , we came to FL in 2006 and lived together until 2022. He abandoned me and went to live in AZ with a lady which gave him a child and maybe another one.. I want alimony from him but we have no children together. He says he doesn't owe me nothing. My question is which would be the right state to get divorced and if I can claim alimony. I can barely make it here in FL
If he makes more than me should I be made to pay his lawyer fees
