I'm sorry, but this is so unrealistic. It looks totally prepared for the video. I've taught different grades in elementary school (taught middle and high, too). I have strong discipline expectations and good classroom management. This never worked and never will (longer than a week or two). If it does, it'll be a neverending story because you'll be having to change constantly. They'll, literally, ignore it. It doesn't even work with the counselor. It takes a couple of smart ones to ruin it. Also, 16 is a fair number. Try it with 20, 22, or 24.
