  1. I injured my ankle during rock climbing because my fall got funky. It’s been painful for about a week, I tried this and immediate relief ! I’m gonna keep wearing the tale until my doctors appointment. Thank you very much !

  2. So I had thought I had an ankle sprain… until I went to the doctor and found out I actually had a fracture… so uhh stuck in bed for 1-2 months… but ill use this when recovery is nearing its end

  4. This is exactly the problem I have, the worst part is I haven't sprained my ankle. I have trouble bending my knees while leaning on them. I do ankle strengthening exercises, etc.

    There has been a clear improvement. I have gradually resumed my sporting activities. ..

    If you have a muscle strengthening program related to this problem I would be grateful…

  6. Do yourselves a very huge favor and cut off sugar for about 3 weeks your sprains, aches, throbs, stabbing pains, etc will fade quickly. And if u decide to intake sugar again cut it by 60 to 70% drinks, junk food etc

  7. I had my ankle ligaments replaced with synthetic ones earlier this year, k tape literally helped me get running again and I did a half marathon last month! The tape made it a lot more secure and reduced pain running.
    I did do slightly different tape method though, that mt physio told me

  8. Is it the same for the malleolus medialis? Same tape placement on the other side of the ankle?

  9. It's been 5 months since I sprained my ankle.

    I recovered from the injury during the first month it healed, and I can walk. There's no swelling

    But when I jump or run, it still hurts – there's pain.

    Why could this be? I already had an X-ray, and there were no findings. What else can I do?

    It was an inversion-type injury. I sprained it it twist
    when I landed after jumping.

  11. Looks Great. Btu what tape is this? It's not that fancy, expensive tape…I found it, but is it the standard 1.5 inches wide that is sold?
