This was a great video
Not bad information. The cause does not have to be an ankle sprain. The condition is referred to as adult acquired flat foot.
Hi doctor, I sprained my ankle on the lateral side now after 2-3 weeks that side has been healed however now my medial side is paining. How much time will it take to heal ? And these exercises will help ?
i was a barefoot runner for 15 years, injury free. wore flimsy barefoot shoes when i wasn't running. usually only ran up to three miles. but when i decided to run longer distances (8-10 miles) to prepare for marathons, barefoot running was no longer feasible. my achilles and calves were chronically sore, and i developed posterior tibial tendinitis, and metatarsalgia. found out my right foot over pronated and arch was beginning to collapse. so, i started running in cushioned shoes (altras), and my achilles and calf soreness immediately disappeared, like over night. then, i added insoles with arch support and my posterior tibial tendinitis also went away in one day. now, just working on resting to get rid of the metatarsalgia. considering an orthotic to see if that relieves pressure on the forefoot. i also now wear big stiff shoes with lots of cushion throughout the day. barefoot is good for short distances, but not for long distances.
Спасибо за видео❤❤❤❤❤
Than you God Bless U🙏
My arch has completely collapsed over my tendons and two different traumatologists have said to me that the only solution I've got is surgical. Is it true that some foot conditions can only be repaired through surgery?
Well i have had constant pain while applying pressure for the past three months. Very easy to fix.
Thank you so much!😊
I have some insoles called footprint gamechangers, you put them in the oven and they mould to your feet, watch the tests of the insoles
This is helpful information!
I sprained the inside of my ankle twice 2 years ago. My doctor said it looks fine, but the pain is still there every single day.
I will try this. Thank you!

Hey doc I’m just getting to rehabbing my severe ankle injury 2.5 years after initial onset. I know, I’m stupid for waiting this long. My question, is it best to ice or heat after sustaining an injury that long ago?
Pain
ice everyday is not good, but everything else sounds great and will try!
Thank doctor
Hey Doc, i rolled my ankle 6 days ago hiking, fortunately there was no bruising but there was slight swelling, I’m sad I just ran my first half marathon and was training to run one again July 14, is it possible to make a comeback by that time?
