as a guitar player myself, the audience won…..but i will say this, beck was the better player in terms of technical ability, as jeff actually progressed through the years and kept learning new techniques and ways to make the instrument do different things ,but erics great also, eric just stayed in that safe zone

Either way, it led to a life of alcohol and substance abuse that would only hasten their already rapid decline into complete madness. But such is the lifestyle of rokn 'n' roll.

I know Jeff Beck is supposed to be great, but he doesn't do it for me.
